Entitlement can be an annoying trait that can make life difficult. From skipping lines at the grocery store to demanding free food, entitled people can cause havoc in your day!
1. Brutal Entitled Karen
Karens are the epitome of entitled women. They’re known to throw fits in public without fear of consequences and often display contempt towards those who don’t share their beliefs.
In some cases, individuals feel entitled to impose their morals on those who don’t share them; conversely, they often lack any awareness of how their decisions impact those less fortunate than themselves. As a result, they often exacerbate societal problems rather than find constructive solutions.
Notable examples of this behavior include Amy Cooper’s calling the police on a Black child selling water in New York and Alison Ettel being banned from a restaurant in Florida for her abusive words directed at the waitress. These incidents illustrate what Sarah Miller calls the “policing white woman” trope–where women use their privilege to cause harm to others.
However, this behavior is fundamentally racist and often targets people of color out of a sense of powerlessness. This can have devastating results, from discrimination and harassment to violence or death.
Children significantly may suffer the consequences of neglect. Not feeling empowered can lead to feelings of helplessness, a lack of self-worth, and an increased likelihood of bullying or aggressive behavior.
In such instances, it’s essential to take the time to address these matters without judgment. This could involve something as straightforward as talking with kids about their behavior and how they can alter it, or it could involve more complex solutions.
For instance, if the kids aren’t allowed to play outside due to their parents’ busy schedules, it may be beneficial to explain that playing outdoors is okay as long as everyone feels secure. Additionally, this teaches Karens an essential lesson about respecting other people’s space by not interrupting other people’s enjoyment of playtime.

Jaedyn and Yuki, a Walmart customer named Jaedyn with her service dog Yuki, were shopping when Karen approached them. Jaedyn was browsing the aisles calmly when Karen’s pocket-sized pup started barking and snarling in frustration.
The exchange between Jaedyn and Karen quickly escalated into an emotionally charged confrontation. Karen made several requests for Yuki to be moved from the aisle, but Jaedyn explained that her dog had been labeled as a service animal with clear signs identifying it as such.
Karen wanted to bring her dog into the store despite its strict pet policy and Jaedyn’s explanation that Walmart stores do not permit non-service pets. As such, Karen would be breaking their rules.
At this point, Karen had lost her cool and launched into an irrational and unnecessary argument. Instead of seeking to understand why the owner insisted on moving her dog, Karen began verbally attacking Jaedyn. She even started shouting at the owner and threatened her with legal action.
She even went so far as to accuse Jaedyn of stealing her dog. This is unacceptable in response to an appropriate request for a service dog.
Although this video is hilarious, one can see how things could have turned out much worse. Karen acts like she’s the boss of the road, and her demands are genuinely outrageous. Her insistence on buying a service dog that the owner already had is downright rude – another sign of how entitled she feels.
Jaedyn and her service dog escaped without incident, but it’s impossible not to laugh at this entitled woman and her impossible demands. Hopefully, this story encourages everyone to take the time to learn about service animals and the laws that protect them.
Unfortunately, people occasionally come across entitled individuals, so it is essential never to hesitate to confront them when misbehaving. The world can be frightening sometimes, but it’s essential to stand up for what you believe in and respect others’ opinions.
3. Entitled Karen vs. Manager
If you’re unfamiliar with the Karen meme, it is a term used to describe middle-aged women who act like they have the right to demand things from others. It has become trendy in America and has been used to label many types of individuals.
One of the best entitled Karen stories on Reddit tells a tale about a woman having an emotional breakdown at a store. In her haste to finish everything, Karen couldn’t wait for the cashier.
A Reddit user shared the story about Karen, which went viral quickly. The video depicted the woman having a meltdown, and it was pretty funny to watch.
At first, she was pretty rude to the cashier, but eventually, the manager pulled her aside and told her she needed to help pack up their merchandise so they could continue moving forward with customers’ items. He then explained what unit price meant and how it related to the items she was trying to purchase.
Karen then argued about the unit price so petty that even the manager had to pull out his phone and look up its definition! This entire incident made everyone in the store laugh out loud!
